Dive In Garage: Turbo Tier-Up Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Turbo Tier-Up Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding territories) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Dive In Garage LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on 28 March, 2026, and ends on April 30th, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST (the "Sweepstakes Period").

3. HOW TO ENTER: There are four (4) ways to enter during the Sweepstakes Period:

Merchandise Purchase: For every $5.00 USD spent on official merchandise at https://diveingarage-shop.fourthwall.com/, the entrant will receive one (1) entry. (e.g., a $25.00 shirt = 5 entries). Shipping and taxes are excluded from entry calculations.

Digital Entry (Direct): Entrants may purchase a "Digital Entry" for $5.00 USD, $25 or $50  at https://diveingarage-shop.fourthwall.com/. For entries as stated above. 

YouTube Channel Membership: Active "Dive In Garage" YouTube Channel Members will receive one (1) entry for every $5.00 USD of their monthly membership fee processed during the Sweepstakes Period.

No Purchase Necessary (Mail-In Method): To enter without purchase, hand-print your full name, complete address, phone number, and email address on a 3x5" card and mail it in a hand-addressed envelope to: Dive In Garage, 366 Thompson Creek Mall

Stevensville, MD 21666. Each mail-in card counts as one (1) entry. Limit one card per envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

4. PRIZE TIER SYSTEM: The final prize package is determined by the total number of cumulative entries (paid and mail-in) received during the Sweepstakes Period:

Tier 1 (Base): One (1) Turbocharger.

Tier 2 (Unlocked at 500 Entries): One (1) Turbocharger PLUS one (1)  Intercooler.

Tier 3 (Unlocked at 1,000 Entries): One (1) Full Turbo Kit (Turbo, Intercooler, and Piping).

THE KICKER: If Tier 3 is reached, the winner may choose to receive a $500.00 USD Cash Prize in lieu of the physical Turbo Kit.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: One (1) winner will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about May 8th 2026. The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry. If the winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prizes are awarded "as-is" with no warranty from Dive In Garage LLC. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt. If the prize value exceeds $600, the winner must provide a Form W-9 for tax reporting (1099-MISC).

7. RELEASE & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating, entrants release Dive In Garage LLC, YouTube, and all hardware manufacturers from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the use/misuse of any prize. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by YouTube.

8. WINNER LIST: To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the mailing address listed in Section 3 within 30 days of the drawing.
